For same-day production, your order must be ready to print. This means:

payment must be successfully completed;
artwork must be uploaded correctly;
dimensions and quantities must be confirmed;
your artwork must be suitable for printing; and
we must not be waiting for additional information or approval from you.

If we identify an issue with your artwork, we may contact you before printing. Any delay in receiving the required information may affect same-day production.

We use professional DTF printing equipment and water-based DTF inks to produce vibrant, detailed transfers suitable for a wide range of textile applications.

artwork at 300 DPI at the intended print size;
transparent backgrounds where required;
clean, high-resolution artwork;
correct dimensions before ordering; and
checking your artwork carefully before submitting it.

DTF Heat Press Instructions

Our general recommended heat press settings are:

Temperature: 135°C–150°C
Pressure: Medium
First press: Approximately 10 seconds
Peel: Hot or cold peel depending on application conditions
Second press: Approximately 10 seconds

Heat presses and fabrics can vary, so we recommend testing where appropriate before beginning a large production run.

Wait at least 24 hours after pressing before washing the garment.

You should carefully inspect the processed artwork before submitting your order because automated background removal may occasionally remove or retain parts of the image unexpectedly.

Can you improve a low-quality image?

Our system also includes an AI-assisted image quality enhancer that may improve some artwork.

However, enhancement cannot create detail that is completely absent from the original file and improved print quality cannot be guaranteed.

What file formats do you accept?
